The 12-week Certificate Course
The Ballymaloe 12 Week Certificate is based on a structured programme, covering a wide range of world cuisines and techniques. It equips students with all the necessary skills to start a career as a professional chef.
The 5-week Summer Cookery Course
Modelled on the 12 Week Certificate Course, this course is for those who may not have the time to attend the 12 Week Course but still want an immersive experience of learning to cook at Ballymaloe Cookery School. This five week cookery school is designed to give a really good grounding in cooking and baking.
The Sustainable Food Programme
This 6 Week Sustainable Food Programme at Ballymaloe Cookery School and Organic Farm teaches students how to build a viable future through food systems and culture. This is the first course that draws fully on all the extensive resources, The School, their 100 acre organic farm and their network, bridging the knowledge gaps between cooking and farming in ways that can be sustained.
The School also offers short courses.
