Gift cards are delivered by email with a voucher that can be forwarded to the recipient. The voucher can be redeemed by contacting us at [email protected]. There are no additional processing fees.

How will the Gift Card be delivered to the recipient?

The Gift Card will be emailed to you after purchase.

You’ll be able to send the email onto your friend or print off the Gift Card to give to them.

Do the Gift Cards have an expiry date?

Yes - the gift cards expire one year after its purchase.

I’ve been given a Gift Card. How do I redeem it?

If your Gift Card is for the How to find the work you love online workshops please choose the date you’d like to book onto.


If your Gift Card is for an online Masterclass please select the Masterclass you’d like to watch (either upcoming or from our on demand library.)


Once you’ve decided on either a workshop date or Masterclass, please send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll be able to redeem your Gift Card.

Can I exchange the Gift Card for a cash alternative?

No, unfortunately the Gift Cards, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I transfer the Gift Card to another product?

No, unfortunately the Gift Cards are not transferable to another product.

I’ve received a Gift Voucher but I’d like to exchange it for something else?

No, unfortunately the Gift Cards are non-transferable.
