Sava provides expert training for the residential property sector. They offer the flagship Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation, the vocational route into the residential surveying profession for those without a relevant degree or experience.

Typically, as a residential surveyor and valuer, you’ll be 1. supporting homebuyers through the buying process, carrying out property inspections and reporting on issues and defects, and 2. carrying out residential property valuations for banks and building societies, with many alternative/less typical career pathways available.

Their diploma is approved for direct entry into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).

Training is delivered part-time via a mix of virtual classrooms, online learning and a small number of face-to-face sessions at your chosen course location, so you can complete your qualification alongside your work.

They run multiple intakes per year at locations across the country.

The qualification can be completed in as little as 24 months and once qualified you can begin practising straightaway.
