They train individuals to be mediators and they provide mediation services within organisations.

They offer a range of mediation training courses: from half-day to five-day courses, covering all areas of mediation. This includes workplace mediation, neighbourhood and family conflict, bullying and harassment, and commercial disputes.

Their most popular public course is the Interpersonal Mediation Practitioner’s Certificate, an externally-accredited and internationally-recognised mediator course. Trainees are taught how to resolve all types of interpersonal conflict.

UK Mediation courses are taught in person and online.
