They offer year-round professional development training courses, annual Customer Experience Summit learning events, keynote speakers/presentations for conventions, and private-engagement services for companies/organizations.
Several options are available to access the training courses. Courses are offered online, at Disney Destinations and at Regional locations:
- Online Professional Development Courses - learn the method behind the “magic” of Disney at one’s own pace.
- Professional Development Courses - topics include leadership, employee engagement, service or a combination - over one or multiple days.
- Advisory Services - guide organizations in enhancing the customer experience - from discovery and adaptation to implementation and sustainment.
- Summits - immersive and uniquely inspiring conferences focused on the business insights in Disney parks and resorts.
Learning experiences at Disney destinations include field experiences outside of the classroom into the business operations of Disney Parks and Resorts to explore their “living laboratory.”
Participants are able to observe firsthand how methodologies are operationalized in real life, and how they can be adapted or applied to any industry.
