How were you feeling about work before you joined the Launch Pad?

I was definitely feeling frustrated.

And also a bit helpless, like there's no way out. I couldn't really see any options. 

I had a sort of sense of dread come Monday morning thinking 'here we go again'. And I didn't really want people to ask about what I do for a living, thinking 'gosh can we just move off the subject please?'.

Did you have any doubts or concerns about signing up?

My main thing was the voice in my head that said, 'you don't need to do this'.

'You don't need someone to help you find a new career, you can do this yourself'. But in fact, I needed a process and a mechanism in place to be accountable.

With all of the tools and techniques that I've learned through the Launch Pad, I know there's no way I would have been able to achieve it by myself.

What would you say to someone considering the Launch Pad?

If you're feeling stuck in your career and need new ideas and new ways forward, the Launch Pad gives you accountability, which is really key to kind of making any kind of progress on your shift.

And having the Launch Pad community to bounce ideas off of each other is so, so important.

I'd recommend it to anyone, because you'll learn so much about yourself. You'll understand what makes you tick, what lights you up. You really understand your values, and that can be across everything within your life.
