I handed my resignation in this week after almost 9 years working at the same company, to go freelance. It is amazing the effect that a positive decision can have on your career change. All the deliberation, doubts, fears and axieties melt away in one fell swoop.Now I have other things to tackle, but I've made the first step - and that's the most difficult part done and dusted.I'm starting to regain the excitement of endless opportunty - something I've not felt for a long, long time.Now to buy a new computer - mmmm Macbook Pro....
