We know what it’s like to feel disillusioned at work.

For months (and sometimes years), each one of us on the Careershifters team felt stuck in a career that wasn't right for us.

We craved a single place online where we could meet others like us, get inspired by people who'd made successful shifts, find practical career change information – and no longer feel alone.

But nothing like that existed.

And that's why we created Careershifters.
